Experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep-Moyer & Son

• Answer in-coming Customer calls
• Offer solutions in liquid energy to new and existing customers
• Ability to create and process contracts via the internet
• Provide answers/solutions to customer inquiries
• Provide support to key customers as an advocate. Customers assigned by supervisor on individual basis
• Relay information to technical support as necessary to provide optimum customer service
• Provide billing information to customers
• Provide product line-related information to customers 
• Process lead/estimate requests
• Enter service requests in the computer
• Communicate with Credit department in reconciling customer past due issues
• Communicate with Billing department in reconciling customer billing questions
• Attend internal and external training programs as provided and scheduled by Customer Service Supervisor
• Complete or assist with all company duties as requested
• Upsell additional products such as contracts
• Offer opportunities to learn about other Moyer services

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of customer facing experience

Physical Requirements: 

• Full-time work, 40-45 hours weekly
• Long periods of stationary activity seated at a workstation
• No lifting more than general office supplies
• Long periods of focusing on computer screens
• Continual keyboarding and data entry
