💵 Rate of Pay: $18-$23.00/hour Pay Range SP2 Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours Varies

👶 What You’ll Do:
✨ Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments.
📝 Help families build and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
🧠 Provide direct early intervention services to children and their families.
🤝 Work closely with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.
📋 Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services meet state standards.
💬 Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth opportunities.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
Strong communicator with a passion for early childhood development.
Committed to family-centered care and collaborative problem-solving.
Able to meet (or willing to obtain) Developmental Specialist Certification within one month of hire.
Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive — a true team player.
Professional with a strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality.
