At Tresco, we’re looking for a passionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our TOTS Early Intervention Program — a place where tiny milestones create big futures.

👶 What You’ll Do:

  • ✨ Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments.

  • 📝 Help families build and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

  • 🧠 Provide direct early intervention services to children and their families.

  • 🤝 Work closely with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.

  • 📋 Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services meet state standards.

  • 💬 Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth opportunities.


🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicator with a passion for early childhood development.

  • Committed to family-centered care and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Able to meet (or willing to obtain) Developmental Specialist Certification within one month of hire.

  • Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive — a true team player.

  • Professional with a strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality.
