- Contract Management Assist with the creation, execution, and maintenance of paperwork tied to the department, such as deal memos, contracts, and financial documentation. Financial Coordination: Collaborate closely with accounting to guarantee proper contract execution and timely payment. Handle the invoicing process for contractual fees. Music Rights & Licensing: Oversee music rights clearance and issue mechanical licenses as required. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the Business Affairs department. Research: Undertake research projects as directed, contributing to the department's continuous learning and improvement. Document Management: Maintain and manage department files, ensuring they're accessible, up-to-date, and well-organized in both digital and physical formats. Communication: Act as the primary contact for the department, addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
