The Valet at Brookside Country Club serves as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming and professional arrival and departure experience. This position plays a key role in upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting members and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
• Open vehicle doors and assist with unloading personal items, including golf bags and event materials
• Safely Park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Operate vehicles responsibly, including both automatic and manual transmissions (manual experience is a plus)
• Maintain organized parking areas and follow all traffic and safety procedures
• Provide directions and general club information as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow staff members
• Always uphold member privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (preferred)
