Job Description
Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Department: Software Solutions
Supervisor: Director, Software Implementation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze basic warehouse processes and map client requirements to the IntraOne software functions, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and picking/putaway operations.
  • Conduct unit testing for configurations and developments; document processes, configurations, and test results for client handover.
  • Assist in the setup and integration of IntraOne during client implementations, including data migration and basic customizations.
  • Work with senior team members to learn client-specific needs, participate in coaching sessions, and contribute to project scoping under supervision.
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills to gather and interpret all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations.
  • Gain exposure to the IntraOne through on-the-job training and internal processes.
  • Work with other departments (Development, Controls, etc.) to communicate and resolve issues.
  • Understanding of basic project management tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management / Logistics preferred.
  • 3 years in logistics, IT support, or warehouse operations; familiarity with WMS, WES, WCS platforms is a plus but not required for entry-level.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying; understanding of warehouse processes (e.g., receiving, shipping); proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for documentation.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong follow through skills.
  • Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn; ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Working Conditions:
  • Travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Some weekend/night work required as needed.
  • Standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Occasional climbing on steps, scaffolding and/or mezzanines.
  • Sitting in and/or driving a vehicle for a long period of time.
  • Working with computers for a long period of time.
  • Working in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels.
