Role and Responsibilities:

Select from a range of standard photographic equipment for assignments demanding exact renditions, normally without opportunity for later retakes, when there are specific problems or uncertainties concerning lighting, exposure time, color, artistry, etc.
Discuss technical requirements with operating officials or supervisor and customize treatment for each situation according to a detailed request, vary camera processes and techniques, and use the setting and background to produce aesthetics, as well as accurate and informative pictures.
Utilize both standard equipment and when need, under close supervision, will utilize special-purpose equipment is used to create “specialized photography”.
Provide video and photo documentation and editing of a final product for subject events and situations such as employees who are photographed for identification, award ceremonies, interviews, banquets or meetings; external views of machinery, supplies, equipment, buildings, damaged shipments or other similar scenarios that might require visual imagery.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with video, still and motion photography.
Expert knowledge and experience with professional video and still cameras.
Effective communication and customer relations skills.
Able to interact with customers in English with effective oral and written skills.
Possess or be able to receive a SECRET Security Clearance. Due to government security requirements, must also be a U.S. citizen.
Have valid and active driver's license.
Knowledge of Air Force culture and protocol a plus.
