Help Facilitate a Smooth SAT Administration
We are putting together a committed, attentive team to assist with SAT testing. This temporary opportunity offers clear instructions, paid training, and the chance to contribute to an important educational milestone — all in a concise two-day event.
Role Summary
Team members will be assigned to one of several event operations roles, including:
  • Proctor – Supervise a room of test takers, track timing, and ensure all guidelines are followed
  • Room Monitor– Welcome students, assist with check-in procedures, and hand out materials
  • Hallway Monitor– Maintain quiet hallways and guide students to the correct rooms
  • Technology Support– Assist with login issues, basic device support, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Crowd Control – Greet families, provide directions, and help manage movement at arrival and dismissal
Ideal Candidate
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable following structured procedures
  • No previous event or testing experience required — we provide full training
  • Must have a smartphone and a laptop/tablet/Chromebook
  • Comfortable working around groups and staying calm in a busy setting
  • A great option for educators, students, retirees, or individuals wanting occasional contract work

Schedule & Compensation
  • $260 total (covers paid training and test day)
  • Required trainings are held before the event
  • Event Dates:
  • Friday, March 13 — Training (approx. 4 hours)
  • Saturday, March 14 — Test Day (approx. 8 hours)
