What you’ll be doing:

• Safely operating front end loaders, dozers, haul trucks, and excavators like a pro
• Performing routine inspections and keeping equipment running smoothly 
• Working closely and respectfully with customers, teammates, and management
• Staying sharp on safety, efficiency, and using creative problem-solving skills
• Taking on other tasks as needed to keep things rolling

Who you are:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather — sun, rain, snow, or wind
• Experienced or eager to learn heavy equipment operation and maintenance
• Safety-focused with the ability to read and follow procedures like a champ 
• Ready to put in overtime and weekend work when the job calls for it

Physical stuff:
You’ll be moving around — walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs — and working both indoors and outdoors.
