Project Manager: 55-65K / yr (Salary)
The Project Manager is a salaried position responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, oversight, and completion of assigned projects while remaining aligned with the processes, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Essential Functions
Coordinate internal and external resources to plan and implement projects.
- Ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
- Maintain costs within the approved project cost.
- Help define project goals and deliverables and implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Define tasks and required resources and create schedules and project timelines.
- Identify and manage project teams which may include both internal team members and external contractors and/or subcontractors.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress and present to stakeholders, including identified problems, potential solutions, and any scheduling implications.
- Evaluate and assess the results of all projects.
- Track deliverables and lead quality assurance efforts to improve processes.
- Requisition of materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
- Maintain a safe working and resident environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents, including conducting or arranging for worker training in safety, repair, maintenance techniques, operational procedures, and equipment use.
- Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
- Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installation, services, or repairs. Department: Facilities Reports to: Director of Facilities FLSA status: Exempt Approved: 2025-09-29 Page 2 | 3
- Adhere to The Estates at Carpenters’ policies and procedures, including those covering privacy and security in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and codes of conduct. Always maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

- Attend and participate in orientation, training and educational activities as required.
- Dress appropriately, following appropriate dress and uniform policies and guidelines.
- Able to maintain consistent attendance as per job requirements and policies.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills.
- Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager.
- Conflict resolution experience

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment reference checks.
- If requested, must be able to provide official grade transcripts of the education level provided on the employment application, as requested.
- Must be able to provide a copy of his/her own social security card for W-4 documentation.
- Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 to establish identity and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record.
Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Category III
Your tasks do not involve routine exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, or other contaminated materials. In the event of an unexpected blood, body fluid, or tissue spill there will be an employee available who has been designated to take responsibility for clean-up and decontamination of potentially infectious body substances. You are not to come in contact with potentially infectious body substances.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this position, you will be regularly required to stand, squat, or sit in tight areas for extended periods of time. Frequent walking, climbing ladders, working with chemicals and manipulation of equipment. Able to withstand extreme temperatures and function in adverse working conditions. Occasional lifting required in excess of 100 lbs.
