About this position

Rapidly growing contract manufacturing company looking for a dedicated, high-energy sales professional to join our growing Sales Department team in a key Business Development role. Position will be focused on building out new business relationships, a strong prospect pipeline, and driving project success through strategic account management for Fabrication, Stamping, Machining/Tooling services.


This role will take lead on customer communication, support a best-in-class customer experience, and will be essential on meeting 15%-20% growth targets over the next 3 years.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing and/or metals industry sales experience.


Travel as needed, may fluctuate where appropriate for the business relationship and opportunity (not to exceed 30%).

*Role includes two different bonus programs as well as additional commission opportunity!


Starting pay dependent on prior sales and related metals industry experience.


Requirements

  • At least 2+ years outside sales experience
  • Metals, metals manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong work ethic, competitive, determined mindset
  • Must excel at and enjoy, relationship building
  • Ability to travel periodically as needed
  • Should have some mechanical aptitude/interest
  • Experience selling within a precision Machining, Stamping, or Tooling environment helpful
