Part-Time / Seasonal with Year-Round Opportunities
Buck ’54 Bar & Grill is the heart of Buck Hill — the place where skiers, snowboarders, mountain bikers, and families gather all year long. We’re looking for a Food Runner who can help keep our service fast, smooth, and welcoming during our busy winter season.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a smile
- Ensure food presentation standards are met before items leave the kitchen
- Assist servers and bartenders by keeping service areas stocked and organized
- Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, comfortable dining environment
- Support a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere that reflects Buck ’54 and Buck Hill’s culture
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, team-first attitude — no task is too big or too small
- Ability to move quickly and stay organized during high-volume shifts
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help both guests and co-workers
- Reliability and professionalism
- Must be able to walk, carry trays, lift up to 25 lbs., and navigate a busy restaurant floor
- No experience required — we’ll train the right candidate

Requirements
- Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
- Able to work the entire season (November– March)
- Some experience in food and beverage or guest service – preferred
- Weekday, Weekends and holidays required.
- All of our team members are typically required to wash dishes one shift per week
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, lift and carry heavy objects.
