Warehouse Manager

Join our team as a Warehouse Manager and play a crucial role in managing the flow of all finished products in and out of our facility. You'll oversee production and inbound shipment receipts, customer shipments, interplant shipments, and maintain control of all on-site inventory, including ingredients, packaging, and work in progress.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:

• Plan and schedule daily activities for shipping and receiving to maximize efficiency.
• Direct distribution staff activities to support receiving, inventory integrity, picking, and shipping.
• Allocate orders to shipping staff and ensure adherence to established shipping standards.
• Set up layout and ensure efficient flow of materials within and between warehouse locations.
• Monitor and resolve compliance issues during receiving into the Tracegains system.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and picking operations.
• Oversee departmental finances to maintain acceptable standards.
• Enforce compliance with safety rules and regulations, addressing potential hazards promptly.

What You Must Know | Education and Experience:

• 4-year degree or relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 5-8 years of SAP experience required in a warehouse environment.
• 5-8 years of prior supervisory experience.
• Self-motivation and safety awareness.
