At The City Forum, our Team Members are the heartbeat of the action—and our Playscape Attendants are the heroes of fun for our youngest guests! If you love working with kids, bringing positive energy into every space, and creating magical moments for families, this is the perfect role for you.

The Playscape Attendant creates a safe, clean, exciting, and welcoming environment where kids can play freely and parents can relax confidently. You’ll be the friendly face, the safety champ, and the fun-maker who helps turn everyday visits into unforgettable memories.

 What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you are:

• Energetic, upbeat, and genuinely love working with children

• Friendly, patient, and confident interacting with parents and families

• Safety-focused and detail-oriented

• Reliable, punctual, and service-driven

• Organized and comfortable with light cleaning and upkeep

• A positive team player with a “can-do” attitude

Bonus points if you have:
✔ Experience working with children
✔ Customer service experience

Must be:

• At least 18 years old

• Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.

• Able to reliably commute to Clarksville, TN 37043

 What You’ll Do

• Supervise children in the playscape to ensure safe, happy play

• Keep the playscape clean, organized, and welcoming

• Enforce safety rules in a kind, positive, and professional way

• Assist children and parents with questions and needs

• Communicate maintenance or safety concerns to leadership

• Deliver exceptional guest service with energy and a smile

 Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, crouch, reach, and move around the playscape

• Lift and move items up to 30 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a lively environment (noise, lights, temperature changes)
