X-Ray Operator

About the Position:

The Radiology Limited Scope X-Ray Operator performs radiology procedures including general x-rays and phlebotomy within the outreach department. This role involves scheduling, record-keeping, and specimen handling, as well as assisting with patient care across all age groups. Under the direction of the Lab Manager, the operator performs venipunctures and related procedures while fulfilling duties as a Transportation Aide when required.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful passing of the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Limited Scope X-ray Operator Core Exam, including certification in chest, extremities, skull and sinus, spine, and podiatry.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
