- Create and serve various menu items, including ice cream, acai bowls, desserts, smoothies, and coffee
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the barista area, sanitize equipment, and replenish supplies
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Knowledge in latte art
- Ability to memorize menu items and ingredients
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to work closely with the barista team and to communicate effectively with co-workers, guests, and management
