Bilingual Senior Loan Processor| Location: 11149 Research Blvd, Austin, Tx 78759|Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am-4:30PM
Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is looking for a detail-driven, member-focused Bilingual Senior Loan Processor who excels in consumer lending, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do:
Loan Processing & Member Support
- Process loan applications, credit reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist members in person and by phone with loan inquiries, closings, and services
- Handle loan fundings, advances on lines of credit and Visa cards, and lien/title releases
- Provide overrides and account assistance to staff
- Resolve complex member issues with professionalism and accuracy
Operational Excellence
- Audit completed loan files for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure lending policies, procedures, and system requirements are followed
- Maintain high standards of documentation quality and compliance
- Support cross-departmental needs and collaborate with leadership as required
Team Support & Leadership
- Mentor and train team members in the absence of management
- Serve as a resource for lending questions, processes, and system navigation
- Support a positive, accountable, member-focused culture within the lending team
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of consumer lending experience in a financial institution
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Full understanding of lending policies, procedures, and systems
- Ability to work independently and resolve complex member issues
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable attendance and commitment to member service excellence
