Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business. The right candidate will help expand our client network and strengthen partnerships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and onsite client visits.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Assess client workforce needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective hiring solutions.

  • Negotiate service terms and pricing in alignment with company goals.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Represent the company at professional events and community activities to promote our services.

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM software.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or human capital solutions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage a client pipeline.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
