Due to continued growth, Comprehensive Physical Therapy in Mandeville, LA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT). We are a clinic dedicated to providing personalized, hands-on care through one-on-one treatment sessions that help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their health goals.


We are excited to expand our services by launching a Women’s Health Program, and we are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist who is interested in building and leading this program. This is a unique opportunity to develop a specialized care offering focused on women’s health, including pelvic floor therapy, postpartum recovery, and more. This position will include a designated, private work space in a brand new, state of the art facility.


New graduates are welcome to apply if school rotations were in a women's health setting. 


Caseload / Patient Population:


You will also have the chance to lead the development of the Women’s Health Program, which may include areas like pelvic floor therapy, postpartum care, and women’s chronic pain management. You will manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 visits per week, delivering high-quality, one-on-one care. 


Work Schedule:


This full-time position offers excellent work-life balance, with no weekend or holiday shifts:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Your appointments would be in 45 minute blocks and fully one-on-one with the patient. 


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary around $75,000 for new graduates, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  1. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
  2. Eligible for Louisiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  3. Full-time availability.
  4. New graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Interest in building and leading a Women’s Health Program, with a focus on areas such as pelvic health, postpartum care, or women’s chronic pain management.
