Job Description

We’re looking for compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you’ll deliver direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with the healthcare team. You’ll support care delivery, ensure patient comfort and safety, and bring kindness and attention to every patient interaction.

Patient Care & Treatment

Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Current LVN license to practice in California

  • One year of acute or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Satisfactory completion of IV therapy course and state certification preferred

  • BLS certification required and maintained

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
