Compensation: $60,0000 Base Salary + Performance bonuses/commission

Total Target Comp: $70,000 - $80,000.

Who we're looking for
  • Current or Prior Insurance Agency experience
  • Current or Prior State Farm experience
  • Property and Casualty Licensed (Must be able to obtain life and health)
  • Strong communicator with confidence handling difficult situations
  • Sales-minded
  • Experience with CRM systems

We are looking for a sharp, dependable Operations & Sales Manager to help run day-to-day operations, support Agency growth, and step in on complex customer needs. This role is critical to keeping the Agency moving efficiently while continuing to drive sales. This is a hands-on execution role, not a micromanagement position.

Role Overview

This person is the right hand to the Agency owner.

When customers need support --> You are focused on operations and problem solving.

When operations are calm ---> You are focused on sales executions, referrals, and Agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

Day to Day Operations
  • Manage daily workflows and operational tasks
  • Handle complex customer issues and escalations
  • Ensure leads are handled correctly and promptly
  • Coordinate follow ups, documentation, and internal processes
  • Act as primary point of contact for Agency.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and operational reporting
  • Keep Agency owner informed/updated with any potential issues/areas of opportunities.

Sales and Customer Support
  • Working provided leads by Agency
  • Creating your own opportunities from X-dates, Referrals, Community marketing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Use existing retentions systems as well as coming up with additional ideas to implement.

What Success looks like (First 90 Days)
  • You can independently run daily operations
  • Customer issues are resolved quickly and confidently
  • Sales follow-up improved and missed opportunities decrease.
  • Owner time spent on day-to-day task is significantly reduced.
  • Clients consistently report positive experiences
