We are partnering with a leading hospital in California seeking experienced Interim RN Educators to support their clinical education teams across multiple specialties. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff in assigned specialty areas.
- Assess staff competencies and identify learning needs.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance clinical performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards in educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active California RN license (required).
- Education: BSN (required); MSN or specialty certification (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in one of the following specialties:
- Critical Care
- Medical-Surgical
- Labor & Delivery
- Wound Care (Certified Wound Care Nurse – Advanced Practice)
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a nurse educator (required).
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
