As our ABA Operations Manager (or Director for the right candidate), you will lead and optimize the systems that ensure clients receive timely, high-quality services. From reducing waitlists and accelerating intake conversion to optimizing staffing models and tracking performance metrics, your work directly impacts access to care and client outcomes.
You will partner closely with Clinical Leadership to ensure operational strategy supports treatment integrity, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an exceptional client and family experience. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Transform the intake experience: Streamline and accelerate patient intake from inquiry to assessment to service start.
- Reduce client waitlists: Design and implement systems that increase capacity while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize staffing & scheduling: Align workforce planning with caseload demand to maximize therapist utilization and reduce service gaps.
- Drive KPI performance: Monitor operational dashboards, including intake conversion, retention, productivity, revenue per site, and utilization metrics.
- Strengthen family engagement: Ensure operational systems support a seamless, responsive, client-centered experience.
- Improve financial performance: Manage budgets, monitor productivity ratios, and identify margin optimization opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement structured, data-driven solutions.
- Serve as an escalation leader: Resolve complex operational challenges with professionalism and composure.
What You’ll Own & Elevate
- End-to-end operational performance across ABA center and home programs
- Patient intake workflows and conversion systems
- Waitlist reduction strategy and capacity planning
- Staffing forecasts and scheduling optimization
- Utilization ratios and therapist productivity tracking
- Budget oversight and operational financial reporting
- Revenue per center, classroom, and county performance
- Client retention and satisfaction metrics
- Bi-weekly operational reporting to executive leadership
- Cross-functional alignment between Clinical, Talent, Finance, and Operations teams

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, Public Health, or related field (required)
- 3–5+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or clinic-based environments
- Strong experience in staffing models, scheduling systems, and capacity planning
- Demonstrated success improving operational KPIs and workflows
- Financial acumen, including budget management and performance reporting
- Understanding of ABA service delivery and payer authorization processes (strongly preferred)
- Experience leading change initiatives and performance improvement strategies
