We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a temporary, 3-6 month assignment supporting our environmental laboratory in Reading, PA


In this role, you’ll support client-facing and administrative functions that ensure accurate, timely, and professional service delivery. From entering and maintaining client and project information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to preparing documentation, coordinating workflows, and supporting reporting and billing, your work helps ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive client experience across the laboratory.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, requests, and updates in person, by telephone, and via email
  • Set up and maintain client accounts and project information in LIMS, ensuring accurate and complete documentation
  • Coordinate with laboratory, field, and administrative teams to support timely sample submission, processing, and reporting
  • Prepare, process, and distribute client documentation and deliverables, including reports, invoices, quotations, and electronic data files
  • Review and monitor work orders to ensure accurate configuration, documentation, and billing
  • Support internal workflows to meet turnaround time requirements and client expectations
  • Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or periods of increased workload
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a professional services environment
  • Experience working in an environmental, laboratory, scientific, or technical setting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management skills

Work Schedule

  • Temporary, on-site role (approximately 3-6 months) following a Monday through Friday schedule
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including evenings or weekends, as operational needs require
