WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Red E, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Fargo, ND. This position focuses on rebuilding and repairing air seeding equipment. We are looking for energetic team members who take pride in their work, enjoy solving mechanical challenges, and thrive in a collaborative shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble and reassemble air seeding equipment for repair, testing, and adjustments
- Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective parts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and cutting tools safely and effectively
- Drive company pickups to transport tools and parts for on-site equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems as they arise
- Select appropriate tools and processes to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to travel weekly
- Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Problem-solving mindset with persistence to overcome challenges
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Farming background or agricultural industry experience is a plus
