Mueller Furniture is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for our Fairview Heights Distribution Center. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their furniture in excellent condition and on time.

What You'll Do

• Unpack, assemble, and inspect furniture

• Prepare and stage merchandise for delivery routes

• Ensure all items meet quality standards before leaving the warehouse

• Repackage returned or repaired items

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Safely move furniture using dollies and warehouse equipment

• Communicate daily with the Operations Coordinator and team members

• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting

• Team-oriented attitude

• Safety-minded and detail-focused

Previous warehouse or furniture experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy furniture

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

• Ability to bend, kneel, and work in varying warehouse temperatures
