In This Role, You Will:
- Manage participant caseloads, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and recertifications
- Assist with lease-up procedures, including coordinating between participants, landlords, and program staff
- Conduct eligibility determinations and rent calculations in compliance with HUD regulations and association policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant files, transactions, and program documentation
- Ensure all program activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational procedures
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in housing assistance programs or social services is a plus
