Responsibilities

- Burying fiber service drops using a remote controlled plow
- Hand bore and stick bore under sidewalks and driveways
- Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects
- Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment
- Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers
- Work with support to resolve customer issues
Experience/Skills/Requirements
- Entry Level
- High school diploma/GED required
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
- Valid driver's license; good driving record
- Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices
- Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions
- Excavation or underground construction experience
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services.
- Knowledge/experience with installation equipment
- Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher
- Voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Shifts range from Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
