Position Summary
Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries is seeking a motivated Success Coach to provide direct career coaching and employment support to individuals working toward sustainable employment. This hands-on role focuses on job readiness, individualized service planning, client documentation, and program compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group coaching in job readiness, workplace expectations, resume development, and job search strategies.
Conduct client intakes, develop individualized employment plans, and monitor progress.
Offer on-site support and follow-up after job placement.
Maintain accurate documentation and record services for billing and compliance (including CARF and referring agencies such as OOD/OVR).
Communicate with referral sources and collaborate with internal team members to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in career coaching, workforce development, or direct client services preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (25–50 lbs.) in active training and community settings.
