Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal
Talantage is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on headline-making transactions across every major asset class.
Reporting directly to the Practice Group Leader—and collaborating daily with a dynamic team of attorneys—you will play a pivotal role in supporting sophisticated real estate deals from initial due diligence through final closing.

Reporting directly to the Practice Group Leader—and collaborating daily with a dynamic team of attorneys—you will play a pivotal role in supporting sophisticated real estate deals from initial due diligence through final closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and underlying documents to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Draft, revise, and assemble real estate conveyance and financing documents.
- Manage all aspects of the closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings—overseeing signature packages, tracking deliverables, satisfying recording requirements, and preparing indexed closing books.
- Prepare, file, and track UCC financing statements; order and analyze lien, litigation, and related searches; and ensure clean title for every transaction.
- Take on special projects requiring legal research, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Serve as a trusted liaison among attorneys, clients, title companies, surveyors, opposing counsel, and governmental agencies to keep transactions on track.
- Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree plus a Paralegal certificate)..
- 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or title company.
- Mastery of title and survey review.
- Experience with large, complex transactions strongly preferred.
- Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, document management systems, and timekeeping software
- Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine passion for real estate
