Hotel Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces and common areas as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
