Description:
· Recruiting specialists manage the recruitment process of new employees, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Post job listings, track applicants, and move candidates through the hiring process.
Reporting Relationship
· Reports to Employee Relations Manager
Responsibilities/Activities:
· Post job listings as requested by branch managers.
· Facilitate new employee applications.
· Review applicant resumes for job compatibility.
· Conduct telephonic screening with applicants.
· Coordinate in-person interview with branch personnel.
· Verify applicant references.
· Run background checks to ensure State work eligibility.
· Complete the offer letter to candidates.
· Carry out duties assigned by the Supervisor.
· Communicate with Supervisor and co-workers.
Requirements:Required Skills/Abilities
· Oral and written communication skills
Qualifications/Education
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· Valid photo identification.
Related training and experience is a plus
