• Lead all daily operations of your stand. 
• Recruit, hire, and train Brewistas and Shift Leaders. 
• Manage scheduling, P&L, and team performance. 
• Build a positive, kind, and accountable culture.

• Proven leadership and management experience. 
• Strong organizational and financial skills. 
• Ability to create and lead a high-performing team. 

Salary Description

• $60K starting pay 
• $550+ monthly bonus opportunity 
• Guarantee ($60K + Annually)
