Position: Territory Director

Pay and Perks: 

  • Compensation: $100k-$140k
    • Eligible for 20% bonus potential

About the Role: 

  • Set and execute territory strategies aligned with company goals, using data-driven insights to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage daily Leak and Repair operations, budgets, P&L, and KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and customers, championing exceptional service and market presence.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing Leak and Repair teams, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth aligned with RED RHINO values.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience with 4-7 years in management or progressive leadership roles, ideally in service, construction, or field operations.
  • Skilled in sales support, partnership building, and business planning, with familiarity in CRM tools and partner value propositions.
  • Strong communicator with a service mindset, adept at resolving customer concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Financially and operationally savvy, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Strategic problem-solver with sound judgment, capable of implementing quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experienced in talent development, mentoring, and building high-trust, high-performing teams.
  • Servant-leader who champions culture, inclusion, and employee engagement across the organization.
