• The Breast Surgery Clinic Nurse services as the Office Nurse, Manages patient appointments, new referrals, prescription refills, prior authorizations, and symptom management. The breast surgury clinic nurse provides necessary assessments, administers treatments and communicates with the multidisciplinary team to help develop a plan tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Minimum Education
  • ADN
• 
  Minimum Experience
  • 2 YEARS NURSING
• 
  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer
  • Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider Trained within 6 months of DOH/Transfer
  • Registered Nursing License
• 
  Preferred Education
  • BSN
• 
  Preferred Experience

  • Office Setting RN or Oncology Experience
