We’re experiencing significant growth, having more than 10X revenue over the past 3 years and achieved profitability. As we scale the brand and look to increase awareness and trust, we need self-motivated high performers to help us maintain our momentum.
Purpose of this role:
Join our growing team as an experienced, customer-obsessed VIP Manager. You will lead relationship management for our most valuable clients, delivering a premium experience across the full client lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation).
This role balances operational rigor with relationship flair, driving commercial outcomes and championing responsible gambling. You'll also shape our VIP program through local activations, events, and promotions, collaborating with Risk, Trading, Marketing, and Product to ensure an exceptional wagering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a portfolio of loyal and high-value wagering clients in VIC
- Review and report on client health, performance, trends, and risk indicators
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for VIP clients
- Develop promotions and lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and reactivation
- Plan events and represent Picklebet at key racing and sporting events, hosting clients and ensuring a premium, on-brand experience
- Partner with RG and Risk teams to ensure all interactions are compliant with regulatory obligations and internal policies.
Ideally you have:
- 3–5+ years in a customer relationship management, or high-touch client services role - ideally in wagering, gaming, or luxury/high-stakes industries
- Passion for racing and sport - you understand the wagering landscape, especially VIC.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-value client portfolio, with a customer-first attitude, balancing revenue growth with RG accountability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — both in-person and digitally
- Commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset
- Highly organised and adaptable, with experience in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments with the desire to help shape the future of our VIP team.
