Join our team as a Wellness Coordinator, where every resident is treated with dignity and care. Provide personalized attention and bring smiles to the faces of older adults as you promote a joyful, fun, and engaging experience. In this role you will promote resident wellness by leading group fitness classes, providing personal training, and assisting residents in improving their overall well-being. This part-time role has room for growth and flexibility for those looking for steady hours in the fitness industry serving seniors. 

Schedule: 
Part-time 10 hours/week with daytime hours. Shift hours are:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Primarily mornings to start
• We will identify regular shifts within these hours

What you will need: 

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age or older 
• NCCA Accreditation, or willingness to pursue the training
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in personal training, group fitness, and/or wellness in a clinical fitness/physical therapy setting is required
• Experience working with gerontology and/or special populations is preferred
