Your Role as a Sales Center Specialist
In this key role, you’ll support both our customers and sales team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting callers or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Accurately entering customer and sales lead information into our database.
- Scheduling appointments and verifying details for accuracy.
- Communicating effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless processes.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have:
- A strong sense of urgency to handle tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
