We are seeking a licensed Life & Health Insurance Representative to join our sales and client relations team. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to grow within the insurance and financial services industry. Applicants must hold an active Life & Health license. Property & Casualty licensing is not required at the time of hire, but must be obtained within a designated time frame.
This is a full-time, in-office position.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their life and health insurance needs
- Offer tailored solutions including Life, Health, Disability, and Supplemental insurance policies
- Promote the value of comprehensive insurance coverage and educate clients on available options
- Actively participate in lead generation, referral programs, and community-based outreach
- Support marketing initiatives including digital outreach and in-person events
- Maintain accurate documentation using State Farm systems
- Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and policy retention

What We're Looking For:
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is helpful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, customer centered environment
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Team-oriented and eager to grow within the agency
Location:
This role is based in our Haslett, TX office. Candidates must be within commuting distance and able to work in person.
