About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about finance who wants to contribute to the success of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support the finance team in various administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 8-hour shifts, no weekends and no nights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel and willing to learn new systems to assist the department
- Good customer Service skills
- Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in small groups.
- Not a remote job, this is an in-office position
- Casual work environment
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Record payments and apply them to the appropriate revenue
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial records to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Enter revenue and send invoices to customers
- Analyze reports from a warehousing system
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements in coordination with HR.
