Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role is essential to keeping our sales operations running smoothly and ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal sales operations support
  • Maintain and manage customer records and project data within CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progression of sales projects
  • Schedule site visits, inspections, and customer meetings
  • Generate and review proposals, agreements, and reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Track project milestones and help move deals efficiently through the pipeline
  • Provide administrative support to sales leadership as needed
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales workflow
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or operations (industry experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-oriented professional with initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude


Salary Information

$25.00 - $28.00 Hourly Wage
