Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team. This role is essential to keeping our sales operations running smoothly and ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal sales operations support
- Maintain and manage customer records and project data within CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progression of sales projects
- Schedule site visits, inspections, and customer meetings
- Generate and review proposals, agreements, and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Track project milestones and help move deals efficiently through the pipeline
- Provide administrative support to sales leadership as needed
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales workflow
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or operations (industry experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team-oriented professional with initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude
