Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
Pay: $16+ (based on experience)
All Weather Seal of West Michigan is afamily-ownedhome improvement company serving Northern and Western Michigan for over 40 years. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Warehouse / Delivery Associate to support our operations out of our Grawn location.
This is a physically demanding role and is not a sit-down job. Ideal candidates take pride in working hard, staying organized, and showing up ready to work every day.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Stage materials for crews and assist with inventory
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 75+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse or delivery experience is a plus, but not required
