Customer Service Representative

OGD® Overhead Garage Door is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience for prospective customers and setting appointments for technicians to help grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely service
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customers and interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage with potential customers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM and other sales tools
  • Must be able to work in the Fort Worth, TX area
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time - W2 employee

Pay: Bi-weekly, hourly + commission per booking

Shift: 1st shift, 2nd shift, must be available to work a range of hours and days
