Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Insurance Associate to join our Orlando team. This is a high-impact role that combines meticulous data entry with direct client interaction. You will be the engine of our daily operations—processing vital policy information while ensuring our clients feel supported and understood.
Primary Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Execute high-volume data entry, including processing applications, endorsements, and renewals with 100% accuracy.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing clear, professional, and empathetic service via phone and email.
- Technical Support: Assist agents and brokers in servicing accounts by managing documentation and ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Policy Education: Quickly learn and explain various insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms to clients.
- Problem Solving: Navigate client questions regarding billing, documentation, and basic policy structures.
- Compliance: Maintain organized digital and physical files in accordance with industry regulations and agency standards.

Requirements
- License: 2-15 license held, or the ability to obtain one quickly (enabling future remote flexibility).
- Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is required. You must be comfortable and professional while speaking with clients.
- Insurance Literacy: A foundational understanding of insurance concepts (e.g., deductibles, premiums, and limits) is highly preferred.
- Learning Agility: A "quick learner" mindset; ability to rapidly absorb new software systems and evolving industry regulations.
- Detail Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry; you’re the type of person who catches the typo everyone else missed.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to agency management systems.
