Radiology Technologist - (RT) - Multi-Modality Tech- Radiology, Nights

At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a multi-modality tech in radiography and Cat Scan to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the multi-modality is:
- Prep and screen patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
- Produce diagnostic images of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems.
- Explain and perform radiologic procedures with consideration to the level of understanding and age appropriateness of the patient.
- Able to assess patient pain by interfering with imaging procedures, makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.
- Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/ healthcare errors.
An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists — Currently Registered — Radiography, and CT
- A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required.
- Current compliance with continuing education credit requirements
- Current BCLS certification
- 2 years experience preferred
Willing to train single modality techs to hold at least a minimum of ARRT (R) (CT). — Radiography and Cat Scan

Min:$27.13
Max:$46.23
