About this position
The Golf Experience Supervisor at Inside 18 plays a key leadership role in creating a memorable, welcoming, and fun environment for all Inside 18 and Spooky Nook Sports guests. This position supports the overall success of our golf and multi-sport simulator area, indoor mini golf course, and adjacent guest experience spaces.
Schedule: Primarily weekends with occasional weekday evenings
NOTE: Because this position will involve routine interaction with children, all candidates must successfully obtain the following clearances PRIOR to beginning employment:
- PA State Police criminal history record,
- PA Child Abuse Clearance, and
- FBI Fingerprint-based criminal history clearance.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide on-shift leadership for Golf Experience Associates, ensuring they understand expectations, stay engaged, and deliver consistent guest-focused service.
- Train new team members on service standards, simulator operation, safety protocols, and daily procedures.
- Uphold and model exceptional hospitality by greeting guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate maintenance requests with management when necessary.
- Monitor facility safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift, addressing issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage department to provide concessions, restaurant food, and/or alcohol
- Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, balls, tees, scorecards, etc., and report needs to management.
- Keep track of usage, guest feedback, and operational concerns and communicate them clearly to supervisors or managers.
- All other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- PA Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Clearance: Must be dated within the past 5 years and specifically for employment (not volunteer).
- NOTE: If you do not have already these clearances, you will be provided with instructions when an offer of employment is made. Results can take up to 4-6 weeks. Both clearances must be presented before employment can begin.
- 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable with technology
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule includes evenings weekends and occasional weekday evenings
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Supervisor experience, preferably in the entertainment space

Working Conditions
- Work environment: Upbeat, high-energy sports and event complex with heavy foot traffic and frequent large crowds.
- Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Lifting requirements: The team member will be required to lift, push, pull, lower and/or move up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Noise Level: The noise level in this environment is typically variable.
