Our North American Industrial Process & Environmental group is searching for an experienced EPC Sales Manager to support our location in Pasadena, TX.  The successful candidate will be able to promote the sale of EPC company products and services to achieve company strategies, objectives, and sales targets; and perform the essential job functions listed below. 

Essential Job Functions: 

    Responsible for assigned EPC account management
  1. Generate bookings for responsible products to meet the assigned booking target
  2. Report the project pursuit status, forecasting and profitability analysis to Sales manager
  3. Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures
  4. Coordinate with the Sales Manager on developing market strategy
  5. Lead & direct continuing processes improvement plan for EPC sales and service processes and activities
  6. Lead and develop complete technical and commercial proposal with all necessary documents and subjects like executive summary, solution, description, bill of material, project execution plan, project organization, project schedule, support structure, references, etc for sales pursuits
  7. Responsible for key performance metrics to monitor performance and lead continuous process improvement efforts
  8. Build strategic customer relationships to achieve sales strategies and objectives
  9. Presentation/demonstration of product/technical solutions
  10. Provide timely sales data, report and analysis

Skills/Experience Required: 

     1.  Ability to analyze and effectively respond to complex technical questions.

     2.  Ability to efficiently and accurately maintain and disseminate paperwork.

     3.  Ability to prioritize workflow.

     4.  Ability to coordinate all sales activities and to make technical presentations.
