About this position
The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for comparing prices and analyzing sales data to inform competitive pricing decisions, optimize product offerings, and drive business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to compare competitor pricing using excel.
- Review pricing levels of existing clients and make recommendations to management through data analysis on how to increase margins.
- Establish relationships with vendors to obtain chargebacks for preferred clients.
- Provide operational sales and customer assistance to new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies based on data insights to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth.
- Monitor competitor activity, including product offerings, pricing, and promotions, to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, including product development, pricing, and inventory management.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Other duties as assigned.
