Nail Technician

milk + honey is currently seeking extraordinary Nail Technicians looking to build authentic guest connections while delivering holistic nail services in a clean environment free of harsh toxins. 

Nail Technician Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures.
• Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations.Adherence to all 
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding milk + honey’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Work Hours and Compensation:

• Nail Technicians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
