Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Clean, organize, and validate data using Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
  • Conduct data research to fill gaps, verify information, and identify trends or patterns
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and basic CRM configurations following guidelines
  • Follow data governance, privacy, and quality standards
  • Other operational projects, as assigned


Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Research-minded with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM and Excel
  • Basic understanding of data reporting or business analytics
  • Experience with data cleaning or data entry projects (internships, academic, or personal projects)
