Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Clean, organize, and validate data using Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
- Conduct data research to fill gaps, verify information, and identify trends or patterns
- Assist with data imports, exports, and basic CRM configurations following guidelines
- Follow data governance, privacy, and quality standards
- Other operational projects, as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Research-minded with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM and Excel
- Basic understanding of data reporting or business analytics
- Experience with data cleaning or data entry projects (internships, academic, or personal projects)
