What you'll do

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Vectored Approach aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across engine, airframe, and avionics systems with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in developing maintenance processes and documentation as the department grows. 
  • Consult with aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and other documentation for inspections and repairs.
  •  Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely completion of tasks and aircraft maintenance deadlines.
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure proper tracking of specialized tooling and equipment. 
  • Support charter readiness and maintenance requirements. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to all facility safety protocols.


Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience after A&P certification required. 
  • Vision Jet and Part 135 experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand and power tools, calipers, micrometers, ammeters, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Superb verbal and communication skills, ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions.
  • Adept at interpreting technical documents, schematics, and instruction manuals.
  • Tech savvy with strong customer-facing skills
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations if required.
  • Must be proficient in English.
